The Position:

Rebalze, a leading cybersecurity company with hundreds of customers that was acquired recently by Link11, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Manager, to lead one of its leading products.

In this role, you will lead our application security (WAAP) product and will play a pivotal role in revamping the product's contribution to our business by finding innovative solutions for the broader market.

You will need to dedicate a good amount of time to dive into our industry's critical issues, mainly through inputs from customers and prospects. You also need to make decisions with imperfect information, lead without authority, and be comfortable to manage chaos, ambiguity, and complexity. 

We are looking for someone who possesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy that includes a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. Additionally, you should be hands-on, methodical, analytical, and an original thinker, with a passion for building staggering products that go beyond our customers’ expectations. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the product life cycle: strategic planning, roadmap building and tactical activities.
• Collect and prioritize product requirements through: 
• Conducting customer interviews
• Analyzing telemetry data
• Collaborating with sales, pre-sales and customer success located across different locations
• Tracking market trends and competitive landscape 
• Define user stories and acceptance criteria with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Work closely with R&D and UX on product requirements and follow the development cycle to ensure quality deliverables on time.
• Know why we are winning and losing in the market, and drive changes to products and processes accordingly.
• Collaborate with other product managers to maximize the value of the platform
• Articulate and communicate product’s vision to different stakeholders
• Collaborate with product marketing on the creation of positioning for your products
• Train sales and pre-sales on roadmap and new product offerings 
• Act as product domain expert 

Requirements

• Al least 4 years of B2B product management experience, including the following:
• Creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch
• Driving the product vision
• Working with and understanding the needs of customers or prospects
• Making decisions based on telemetry data
• Writing user stories with acceptance criteria and prioritizing them with corresponding justification
• Experience in the security\Web\application\networking\Cloud security domains
• Strong technical skills
• Being able to collaborate effectively with engineers and lead without authority 
• Proven analytical skills decision-making ability based on quantitative and qualitative data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Being able to communicate effectively with different functions and levels in the organization. 
• High level of self-training and self-drive
• Ability to manage expectations and handle high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
• Ability to to work and adapt to a fluid, fast-paced environment. 
• Willingness to travel travel of 1-2 weeks each quarter
• Bachelor’s degree graduate, MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
