As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic professional to join us as the Director of Human Resources, bringing a unique HR experience to our innovative team.

In this role, you will be a strategic partner in driving our organizational success by championing HR initiatives across our global offices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence, talent development, and employee engagement. Your mission will be to plan and implement HR processes to support the company’s growth, align HR practices with business objectives, support hiring processes and enhance the overall employee experience,, and contribute to the continued success of NoTraffic.

Your day to day will include:

• Implement HR processes, metrics and KPIs to measure and enhance the performance of the employees and teams
• Provide guidance and support on HR issues, including organizational structure,, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address HR needs, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies.
• Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives tailored to the unique requirements of the company.
• Act as a central point of contact for HR-related matters within the company, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline and improve HR processes and technologies, enhancing efficiency and employee experience.
• Drive initiatives to strengthen the workplace culture, employee morale, and overall job satisfaction in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You’d be a good fit if you have:

• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years as an HRBP in a high-tech or similar fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience in implementing HR initiatives that support business goals, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making and problem-solving.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative approach.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and initiatives, driving them from conception through implementation.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent English- MUST
• Familiarity with transportation technologies, or related industries is a plus.
