MSSP (SIEM / SOC) MANAGER JB-3046

Job Description:

Manage, mentor, and develop the teams of cybersecurity professionals, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide top-quality service to customers.

Develop and implement procedures and best practices for the teams to follow, to ensure that customer needs are met and that all cybersecurity processes are followed correctly.

Supervise the shift’s daily operations quality and the clients’ onboarding processes.

Manage the financial aspects of the managed services.

Maintain high levels of team readiness for cyber incidents.

Be an escalation point to handle complex security issues.

Supervise and lead the automation development of the managed service to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop incident response methodology and nurture cyber practitioners towards hands-on incident response expertise.

Take an active part in the Managed Services presale efforts.

Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and complaints.

Position Requirements:

Experience in the cybersecurity ecosystem – minimum five years.

Experience as a team lead - minimum two years.

Relevant academic degree (Such as (Computer Science / Industrial Management).- a plus

Certifications: CISSP / CISO / CSA etc.- a plus.

In-depth knowledge of security controls and technologies: EDR, SIEM, SOAR, Patch management, zero-trust technologies, and phishing awareness platforms.

In-depth knowledge of preventing and handling cyber-security attacks.

In-depth knowledge of operating systems, cloud environments, and cloud security.

In-depth knowledge of SaaS mail environments - 365, Google Workspace

• Fluent in Hebrew / English.
