About the Role:

As a Team Leader at Sheba, you'll architect solutions to seamless integrate technology and healthcare. Your responsibilities will include:

-       Collaborating directly with medical management and head of department to understand their unique needs and challenges.

-       Designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software solutions that enhance patient care, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency.

-       Integrating and optimizing existing systems, ensuring interoperability and data accuracy across platforms.

-       Participating in cross-functional teams, working alongside top technological experts and medical professionals to bring ideas to life.

-       Staying updated on the most recent developments in technology and healthcare, in order to suggest and execute solutions that are in line with our dedication to excellence.

What You'll Do:

-       Lead a development team in bringing our vision to life and making an impact on physicians and patient lives.

-       Plan, design and develop software solution for our products

-       Cooperate with our product team in creating value for our customers

-       Deliver a working, robust and great quality software on time.

Qualifications:

-       6+ years of proven experience in software development.

-       2 years of experience in a leadership role as a software team leader.

-       Proficient in applying software engineering best practices: including coding standards, code reviews, CI/CD, testing

-       Experience with .Net Core and C#

-       Experience with Python and Nodejs

-       In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and Events Driven architectures.

-       Main backend technological stack: FastAPI, Postgress, MongoDB

-       Main front technological stack: React, Redux, Angular.

-       Exceptional problem-solving skills and a knack for creative thinking.

-       Effective communication skills with a collaborative team-player attitude.

-       B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

-       Experience with Mobile development – An Advantage

-       Familiarity with Docker containers – An Advantage

-       Experience with Entity Framework – An advantage

-       Familiarity with Agile development methodologies – An advantage
