Regulatory Affairs Manager

Job description:

1. Global and Local Regulation Compliance: Ensure all products meet regulatory standards by submitting licenses for new products, innovations, and reformulations. Obtain Free Sales certificates and support global regulation efforts in Israel, China and Europe by supplying necessary documentation and liaising with local authorities.

2. Artwork and Commercial Text Approval: Oversee the approval of product artwork and commercial texts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

3. Certification Support: Facilitate obtaining certifications from the Vegan Society, Ecocert Cosmos, and other relevant bodies.

4. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities, including the Ministry of Health, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, international suppliers, and product licensing offices worldwide.

5. Regulatory Oversight: Keep abreast of industry regulations, standards, and guidelines, ensuring AHAVA’s operations

6. End to End process- Ensure the completion of the entire registration process, from the initial step through to the final one.

Qualifications:

• BA in Relevant Field- Must

• Proven Experience in Cosmetics Regulation- preferred

• Analytical Skills and Detail orientation.

• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills

• Excellent English proficiency - must

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
