As a tissue culture researcher at FuturaGene you will:

• Develop and optimize novel tissue culture techniques and protocols to advance our research objectives
• Work under sterile conditions to propagate and genetically transform plants using cutting-edge methods
• Design and conduct experiments based on research goals, maintaining meticulous records
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze results and report findings
• Continuously explore ways to enhance our tissue culture processes and drive innovation

Requirements:

• B.Sc. /B.Ag. or M.Sc. degree in Plant Science, Biology, Biotechnology or related field
• Proven experience in plant tissue culture research (2+ years preferred)
• Exceptional attention to details and accuracy in experimental work
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team coordination
