Job Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at CallMarker. This isn't just a SDR role - it's a chance for you to be a strategic part of our sales force, contributing to the overall sales strategy of our fast-growing startup. Your Role and Responsibilities
- Targeted Prospecting through Cold Calling: Dive into the heart of prospecting by combining cold calling and communication. Identify and target qualified companies by understanding their needs and how CallMarker’s solutions can address them. Your ability to effectively research and reach out to potential leads over the phone is key in building a robust pipeline.
- Decision Maker Engagement: Focus on connecting with key decision-makers within these companies.
- Demo Booking: Your primary goal is to book demo appointments with these decision-makers. Use your persuasive communication skills to highlight the value CallMarker offers, convincing them to take the next step in exploring our technology.
- Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with the account executive team to refine and implement strategies for effective prospecting. Your input will help in constantly improving our approach to reaching potential clients.
Who You Are
- Demonstrated history of excellence: showcasing past achievements and remarkable accomplishments (e.g., super high Bagrut score, elite IDF units, super high score in a degree in one of the known universities - Technion, Tel Aviv, Ben Goriun, super high psychometric test score, gifted student program and any other proof that can demonstrate history of excellence will be relevant).
- Skilled in Cold Calling and Research: You have a knack for identifying potential leads through targeted research and are comfortable and effective at initiating conversations through cold calling. Your research skills help you quickly understand company needs and identify decision-makers.
- Decision Maker Engager: Your communication skills shine when it comes to engaging with decision-makers.
- Demonstrated Success in Booking Demos: You have a proven track record of successfully securing demo appointments.
- Team Player with a Collaborative Spirit: While you excel in working independently, you also understand the value of collaborating with a team. Your insights from the field are invaluable in refining sales strategies.
- Adaptable and Thrive in Fast-Paced Environments: You're at your best in dynamic, fast-paced settings. Your agility and adaptability allow you to excel in the ever-evolving landscape of a startup.
- Excellent Communicator and Presenter: Your ability to communicate clearly and compellingly sets you apart. Whether on a call or in a presentation, you know how to capture attention and convey the value of our solutions.
