Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Technician. The Support Technician will be responsible for technical support, troubleshooting, and providing information technology assistance to our customers located in Kfar Saba.

• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical customers
• Experience in software and information technology support
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
