Algorithm Developer

A hi-tech company specializing in AI for compute power, developing innovative engines for both training and inference based on deep learning. These engines provide tailored AI computing power to address the challenges of today's Big Data.

Tasks also include working on diverse data types, utilizing AI methods such as Quantization, Decoding, Flash Attention, Distributed Training, Low Precision Training, LLMs, Diffusion Models, Object Detection, and coding in Python/C++.

The company employs hundreds of workers divided between two development centers in Israel, located near the train line between Tel Aviv and Caesarea. Employees have the flexibility to work from either site and can combine two days of remote work.

About the role-

• Role in a team focusing on deep learning development with an emphasis on engineering and training.
• Quick research for optimization tasks is involved.
• Part of a group developing the next generation of deep learning accelerators.
• Working on various AI methods, including NLP, CV, Audio, GNNs, Recommendation Systems, Training, Fine-tuning, Inference, Optimization, and hardware model performance.

Requirements

• EE / CS / SE / Math MSc. degree from a known university

• Hands on experience in building and training Deep Learning models in research / applicative setting

• Strong software design and coding skills

• Domain expertise in DL development, usage, research

• Ability to learn and explore new and vast fields in DL (Vision, NLP, GNNs and recommendation systems)
