The Role…

The Club Manager (Restaurant Manager) is responsible for the operation and the revenue of multiple club floors.

As part of our Soho House team, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.

• Oversee the Food & Beverage operations to ensure company standards are met
• Maintain the food & service standards, and the product knowledge to the highest standard
• Ensure maximal revenue and profit are achieved from all sales opportunities
• Monitor the weekly food, beverage, variable and wage costs to ensure they are in line with the budget
• Work on members’ feedback with the Membership team to ensure the offering of the best members’ experience
• Support and assist in the employee life cycle: attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning and motivation, performance management, retention and separation
  
  

• Must have 3+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high quality, service-oriented operation in a fast paced and demanding environment
• Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills
• Must have supervisory, coaching and staff development experience
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, a proactive; a team leader who can positively and productively impact
• Available on a flexible schedule and being willing to work outside “office hours” (weekends and holidays) - a must!
• Fluent Hebrew and English - a must!
