HRBP & Global Recruitment Manager

As a HR Business Partner and TA Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our organizational culture, enhancing employee engagement, and leading our talent strategy to achieve business excellence.

What You'll Do?

Your responsibilities will extend across various domains, emphasizing strategic partnership, talent management, and operational excellence in HR practices:

• Strategic Business Partnership: Serve as a key consultant and dedicated coach to the management of our R&D and Data departments, aligning HR strategies with departmental objectives.
• Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead and manage our Talent Acquisition team, ensuring the recruitment of not only great talent but great humans who align with our values. This includes setting high standards for candidate experience and optimizing our recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness under tight deadlines.
• HR Process Leadership: Play a strategic and operational role in refining our HR processes, including but not limited to workforce planning, talent retention strategies, and HR process optimization to support the company's growth and adaptability.
• Enhanced Recruiting Functions: Oversee and enhance the recruiting function, collaborating closely with hiring managers throughout the process to ensure alignment with our strategic needs and fostering a positive candidate experience.
• Data-Driven Decision Making and organizational needs adjustment: Utilize data to make informed recommendations, guide decision-making processes, and implement solutions that address root causes and organizational needs.
  
  

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in HR management processes such as talent management & retention, management coaching, terminations, change management, etc.
• Proven experience in leading recruiting processes for various positions and departments (Client facing and Tech positions).
• Demonstrated ability to act as a business partner and advisor.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Innovative thinker passionate about expressing and implementing new ideas.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
