Technical Support Specialist (Working in shifts)

We are hiring a new Technical Support team member for a very interesting and challenging position!

The role includes:

• Troubleshooting technical issues and helpdesk services for international clients on how to operate our SaaS & AI platforms.
• Helpdesk services for clients and company employees on different kinds of projects.
• Monitoring and operating processes in an AWS-based platform.
• Working with the leading tools in the industry, such as Elasticsearch, Grafana, AI tools, Salesforce, Linux, MongoDB, PagerDuty, and more.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in technical support / working with international clients / technological military experience.
• Technical orientation.
• Knowledge in IT, TCP/IP / Knowledge in Linux / Code development/scripts – a significant advantage.
• A high level of English—both in writing and speaking (the job includes responding in English to global clients)—is a must!
• The work is in day shifts throughout the day and sometimes on weekends.
