We are looking for a passionate, hands-on, IT Manager to help grow our IT department to the next level. Your role at Rise will be to build and manage our IT team, take on all IT-related responsibilities, and ensure that our cutting-edge IT systems are available, reliable, and perform well.

Responsibilities

• Build our IT team and own all IT-related responsibilities.
• Ensure the availability, reliability, data and performance of the IT systems.
• Plan and handle the annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
• Manage the company’s inventory, from software licenses to physical assets.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience managing an IT team, preferably at a high-tech/startup company
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Fortigate Firewall - A MUST!
• In-depth knowledge and experience of IT infrastructure including Networking, Cloud technologies, GSuite and Okta.
• Proficiency in backup solutions (such as Veeam/Synology) and scripting solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of hands-on capabilities, in complex technical environments.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Have a “can-do” approach.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
