As part of our mission to make home design effortless and enjoyable, we've realized that keeping plants alive can be quite challenging for many people. Consequently, we invested two years in developing a self-watering system that ensures plants remain healthy and vibrant.

The adoption rates of the product in the market are phenomenal, and we are accelerating our activities, which is increasing our need for a top-notch Operations Manager who will lead some of the most strategic operational challenges we have.

What you're applying for:

As the Operations Manager at easyplant, you will be at the forefront of managing projects and addressing the intricate challenges inherent in home design. Your responsibilities encompass leading cross-functional initiatives crucial to our operations, from new product launches to cost reduction plans and supplier negotiations. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our quality strategy, both internally and with manufacturing partners.

In this role you'll

• Lead diverse cross-functional initiatives, including new product launches, business continuity projects, cost reduction plans, and strategic supplier negotiations.
• Take ownership of operational KPIs, optimizing metrics such as product damage rates, delivery time, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Facilitate easyplant's growth by enhancing production capacity at existing fulfillment centers and strategically opening new ones.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy and plan, overseeing root cause investigations and driving corrective and preventive actions.
• Contribute to the expansion of easyplant from online sales to retail stores.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-4 years of proven experience in large-scale project management
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners
• A multidisciplinary individual who can see the bigger picture, understands business, strategy and the impact of large operational moves
• Able to communicate confidently and clearly in English, both verbally and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High energy, can-do approach
• Independent with extremely high standards
• Innovative thinker who can bring a fresh approach to the field and move at startup speeds
• Full-time in Tel Aviv office
• Periodic work trips to the USA
