Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be part of our R&D team to lead Customer’s integration and implementation processes. Develop new application integrations, provide daily operational support to our customers and ensure that different software systems, components, or modules work together smoothly as a cohesive unit.

• Take ownership of the product technical relationship with AU10tix prospects and customers present, explain and design the solution for each potential customer.
• Gather and analyze requirements and design solutions to meet business needs.
• Ability to proactively and continually collaborate with clients and colleagues to ensure needed business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of technical product aspects including responses to RFP/RFI, running demos and PoCs.
• collaborate closely with software developers, system architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project objectives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• BSc in engineering, computer science, or information technology or equivalent experience – Must.
• Strong problem-solving and coding skills.
• Fluent in English - Strong presentation skills
• Willingness to travel to our customers.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Typescript, Python, Swift- advantage
