Study Coordinator

Overview

TFS HealthScience is excited to be expanding our Strategic Resourcing team and we are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Study Coordinator in Israel.

As a Study Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising clinical studies across various dermatological indications. Serving as the primary point of contact for sponsors, potential clients, external service providers, and patients, you will ensure the smooth execution of clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with sponsors, agencies, and ethics committees throughout the clinical trial process.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication with monitors and audits.
• Engage with patients for recruitment and scheduling purposes.
• Respond to feasibility inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Compile and maintain study-relevant documents, including proper organization and archiving.
• Participate in investigator meetings and other study-specific appointments.
• Organize and implement the recruitment of probands and patients.
• Liaise with external service providers, such as laboratories, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Maintain study overviews and ensure compliance with study budgets.
• Collaborate with the finance department regarding invoicing and financial matters.
• Work closely with the legal department and Director In-house Clinic to optimize contracting processes.
• Provide regular reports to the Director In-house Clinic.
• Coordinate with Quality Management for patient and sponsor surveys, and analyze results.
• Plan capacity for the study team effectively.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in clinical research or a healthcare environment.
• Professional experience as a Study Nurse/Study Coordinator or completed a full university degree in a natural science field.
• Good understanding of ICH-GCP Guidelines and AMG.
• Strong regulatory skills and knowledge of clinical studies.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with MS Office suite.
• Excellent team and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a focus on quality.
