A technology-driven manufacturing company is searching for its Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team and spearhead the company's sales and marketing efforts.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales & Marketing Manager located at the center of Israel. The Sales & Marketing Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, build the structure and team, identify new business opportunities, and create marketing campaigns. The role also requires the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to make informed business decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• At least 4 years of proven sales experience in both private and institutional markets.
• Minimum of 3 years of sales management experience.
• Familiarity with the military/security market - an advantage.
• Ability to manage and lead a team.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• High proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing world.
