Requirements

• 1+ years of experience recruiting end-to-end for a high-tech company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - required for partnering with global teams and hiring managers
• Experience in sourcing and building pipelines
• Proven experience in in-depth behavioral interviews
• Motivated and independent with a can-do attitude!

Role& Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition & HR Partner you will be responsible for:

• Lead end-to-end hiring efforts across various departments, locally and globally
• Source and recruit qualified candidates for our open global positions
• Conduct comprehensive HR interviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify hiring needs, strategize recruitment plans, and ensure successful outcomes
• Source top-tier candidates creatively through multiple channels and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to final decision in our recruitment process
• Assist with key HR projects, including HR operations and processes throughout the employee life cycle
