What does the job include?

Providing internal organizational support for a multi-user environment.

Working with multimedia rooms.

Diagnosis and treatment of hardware, software, peripheral equipment and more.

Ongoing support in the Windows environment.

Ongoing management and maintenance of all IT infrastructures in the organization.

What are we looking for?

* 1-2 years of experience in providing telephone and face-to-face support with end users.

* Proven experience in managing users and granting permissions (ActiveDirectory, Office365 including Exchange).

* Experience in installing end equipment, handling maintenance and network failures.

* Experience working with Windows operating systems and servers in versions 2012-2019.

* Experience working with VoIP telephone exchanges - an advantage.

* Experience working with multimedia rooms - a plus.

Full time Sunday-Thursday, evening on-call once a week and Friday on-call once every month and a half.
