Project Manager

Outbrain is seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for leading projects aimed at streamlining operations, enhancing internal tools and systems, and improving service delivery processes within the Demand Enablement team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational challenges, design solutions, and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

A day in the life

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements and plans
• Lead projects for operational improvement, including process reengineering and tool optimization
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to implement new tools and processes
• Monitor project progress, track key indicators, and provide updates
• Identify and address project risks and issues promptly
• Work with the data team to ensure alignment between data auditing and revenue tracking
• Foster a culture of collaboration and best practices

What you’ll bring

• 2+ Years experience in the AdTech world
• 2+ Years of driving business growth
• Fast learner & ability to learn new technologies and business matters.
• Strong problem-solving and Capable of analyzing data, identifying trends, making data-driven decisions
• Hungry to learn, succeed and develop in a competitive environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills
• Bonus: SQL skills
