Job Role:

• Sales/ Buisness development
• Account Management

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Build partnerships that scale
• Improve conversions from all camapigns
• Drive sales and meet targets
• Manage multiple accounts with precision and care.
• Analyze growth, revenue and customer insights to improve customer experience

Work Hours:

• Aligned with U.S. time zones
• Dynamic schedule, with availability required until midnight
• (This role is best suited for individuals who can work flexible hours)

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience working with Intercom, Hubspot and all top SAAS tools
• Experience with SaaS is an advantage
• Organized and tech-savvy.
• Startup experience a plus.
