Qwilt, a leading CDN company with a workforce of 200 employees, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to play a pivotal role in managing our hybrid infrastructure, service integration, and application stack. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the Israeli office's Data Centre, ensuring the seamless operation of Qwilt's technology infrastructure. Your expertise in managing key systems such as Okta, Salesforce, Jira, GitLab, Monday, Google Workspace, and more will be instrumental in driving the success of our IT operations.

Responsibilities

• leading a global team of at least 4-5 people
• Facility Support: Oversee facility-related IT aspects, ensuring seamless operations within the office environment.
• Lead Applications Integration: Take charge of integrating and implementing Qwilt's application stack, ensuring cohesion and efficiency.
• ⁠Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Run and enhance Qwilt's hybrid infrastructure to meet evolving business needs.
• Identity Management with RBAC: Oversee and improve Qwilt's identity management system, implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for enhanced security.
• ⁠Asset Management Integration: Lead the integration and implementation of Qwilt's asset management system for streamlined operations.
• ⁠Day-to-Day System Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of critical systems, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems promptly.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful adoption and utilization of integrated tools.
• ⁠User Experience Design: Oversee the design and implementation of system user experiences, ensuring alignment with business unit and end-user needs.
• Communication and Updates: Effectively communicate system status, changes, and updates to internal stakeholders and management.
• ⁠Information Security Implementation: Implement and enforce corporate information security practices and technologies for safeguarding sensitive data.
  
  

• At least 5 years as IT Manager positions
• ⁠Technical Expertise: Showcase expertise in applications integration, security, hybrid infrastructure, and service management.
• User Experience and ITIL Practices: Possess a strong understanding of user experience and ITIL practices.
• Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• ⁠Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Security Compliance: Have experience with corporate information security policies and procedures, including data protection and incident response
