Ad Operations Manager

OMS is looking for an Ad Operations Manager, A passionate and motivated individual.

The Ad Operations Manager will communicate and collaborate with both internal and external partners as well as act according to data-driven insights.

In addition, they will be responsible for promoting partnerships and growing existing partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be a perfect combination of awesome interpersonal and analytical skills.

The role is based in Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Managing VIP partners and building a strong relationship
• Identify new opportunities with our partners and leverage them to reach new goals
• Analyze data and perform actions to optimize the activity 
• Investigation of market trends
• Initiate and lead strategic projects in front of internal departments
• Present OMS's offering to the world’s leading ad-tech partners

General characteristics required for the role:

• Experience in Adtech - beginner level 
• Experienced in working with international and mainly US clients
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills 
• Team player - working in front of international teams
• Proactive, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, great at multitasking
• A true passion for numbers, loves to learn and work independently
• Out-of-the-box thinking; solving ongoing challenges
