Role Description

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Consultant with a knack for understanding our clients' core business needs. You'll play a pivotal role in successfully migrating clients to Salesforce and tailoring robust solutions to support their operations, sales, customer service, and beyond. Leverage your in-depth Salesforce expertise to define future requirements and unlock the platform's true potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deeply analyze client business requirements to create best-in-class Salesforce implementations
• Translate business needs into tailored Salesforce configurations and strategies
• Collaborate directly with clients, building lasting relationships and ensuring seamless projects
• Lead project execution, including timelines, task allocation, and quality assurance
• Stay at the forefront of Salesforce capabilities, proactively researching and applying new features
• Maintain open communication with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce design and implementation experience
• Proven expertise in developing comprehensive needs assessments and characterization documents
• Demonstrated excellence in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development
• Ability to independently execute projects while seamlessly collaborating on larger team initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written & verbal)
