HR Operation Coordinator - Temporary position

Description

Fiverr is looking for an HR operation specialist for a temp position (ML replacement) to join our HR Team.

We're looking for someone who can be the face of the onboarding journey our employees experience when joining Fiverr. This role is aimed at constantly improving the onboarding and offboarding experience at Fiverr and providing end-to-end support in all HR operations endeavors.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Ensure a smooth pre-onboarding process - including integration between our systems - Hibob, Juno, and Okta.
• Setting up the employee in all systems, while ensuring all departments involved are in sync - work closely with IT, payroll, HRIS, and Ops teams.
• Preparing all swag and needed materials for the employee's first day
• Conduct HR orientation sessions on their first week
• Constantly making sure our data and info within the onboarding journey are updated
• Sending out satisfaction surveys and working with our HR analytics team to analyze results
• Be the champion for our procurement system within the HR team and keep tabs on receipts, purchase requests, etc.
• Manage our swag inventory
• In charge of parental leave presents and suppliers
  
  

• 1-2 Previous admin experience in HR/wellbeing/recruitment teams
• Excellent English - written and verbal- MUST
• Full ownership mindset - end to end
• Always have a can-do attitude
• Experience working with Bob and JunoJourney HR systems - is a plus
