Product Manager

inabit is building the go-to service for businesses who handle financial cryptocurrency activity. It will serve as the financial hub for companies that wish to view and manage their crypto portfolio in one place.

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and extensive experience in product lifecycle management.

This role requires a collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and proficiency in agile methodologies. Knowledge of blockchain and decentralized technologies is advantageous, along with familiarity with the Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, customer success, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build, train, and ship high-quality products.
• Contribute to the product roadmap, build a backlog, define, and execute product requirements.
• Prioritize features based on customer needs, industry trends, and business objectives.
• Perform market research, user research, gather user stories, and define product requirements.
• Exercise customer obsession by deeply understanding the needs and wants of our customers.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• UI/UX experience with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• A team player with confidence, independence, and enthusiasm.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills in English.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies and comprehensive product lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of blockchain and decentralized technologies (Advantage).
• Familiarity with the broader Web3 ecosystem and related technologies such as smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and non-fungible tokens (Advantage).
