Colmex Group specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for investing and trading across various markets, with a particular focus on the American stock exchange. ColmexPro is part of Colmex Group and was incorporated in 2010 in Cyprus. We provides brokerage services, and Trading Services on Equities, CFDs, FX and Crypto.

Our team is expanding, and we are looking for an IT Help desk technician to join our team to answer queries on technical issues and offer advice to solve them. You'll serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance over the phone or email, perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.

Requirements:

One year of Proven experience as a help desk technician

Extensive knowledge in: Windows OS servers and work-stations, Office 365. DNS. DHCP. Active Directory

Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

Ability to diagnose and resolve problems in real time

Team work

Proficiency in English

Excellent communication skills
