Position Overview

As a Recruiter at Amarel, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating the hiring decision. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and build a pipeline of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with people, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Facilitate the interview process, gather feedback from interviewers, and assist in the decision-making process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition in the US.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, in-house or agency recruiting, preferably in Engineering/Technical industry.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Fluency in English is a must (native English is preferred).
• Ability to converse in Hebrew.

**The position is based in our Israel offices in either Tel Aviv or Yokneam, providing remote recruiting services to our US teams.
