VP User Acquisition (UA)

Persona.ly is a global company with machine-learning-based RTB platform, with representations in Korea, Japan, India, Mexico and headquarters in Rehovot, Israel.

Our team works closely with some of the world's most successful mobile apps in the gaming, fintech, and e-commerce verticals, helping their growth efforts with user acquisition, retargeting, and fraud prevention. We provide data-driven insights derived from our predictive models, which process over 3 million transactions a second and have over 50 data points!

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader to lead our analytical campaign management activity and team.

Your primary focus will be fostering growth both for the company and the team members, outstanding campaign results, client satisfaction, and a culture of continuous improvement.

You will be:

• Leading, mentoring and growing the UA campaigns analysis team.
• Pushing and striving for professional excellence, growth and successful relationships with top-grossing app developers worldwide.
• Utilizing data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Providing marketing insights that can be used for product development and across other channels.

Desired experience and skills:

• Proven experience leading growth or UA or marketing teams- Must!
• Proven experience overseeing the optimization of campaigns/ UA activity to achieve and exceed performance targets- Must!
• Hands-on experience in mobile performance marketing/ programmatic advertising.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and drive toward success.
• Strategic thinking with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset, Ability to manage large amounts of data and complex parameters.
• High level of proficiency in English.
• Start-up state of mind: hands-on mentality, can-do attitude, goal orientation.
