Capital Market & Debt Transactions Consultant

Deloitte is looking for a Capital Market & Debt Transactions Consultant for Financial Advisory Team, that Specializes in accompanying large and complex financing transactions in the market.

job description:

• The Consultant will have an integral part in accompanying some of the largest and most complex financing transactions in the Israeli economy.

• Starting with analyzing and building the transaction, business, financing analysis of companies, conducting market research and preparing financial models for complex Capital Market & Debt Transactions.

• Preparing presentations to finance bodies, and ongoing work with institutional investors, banks and credit rating companies.

• Working closely with senior positions interfaces and board members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/economics - required

• English at a very high level, oral and written - required

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in Financial Consulting positions from Financial Consulting companies/ Big 5/ Institutional investors/ investment banks/ Rating companies etc.- required

• Previous experience in financial consulting positions for debt or capital market transactions - an advantage

• Ability for in-depth analysis developed business sense and understanding of financial models - required

• Ability to manage and lead complex transactions as a central Pivot

• Excellent control of Excel and PowerPoint - a must

• Creative thinking and readiness for high self-learning

• High interpersonal ability

• Project management capabilities in diverse fields
