Product Manager – Laser Therapies

Job role and responsibility

The product manager will be the SME of the laser portfolio, and is expected to be familiar with the technical, clinical and user needs aspects of the Laser portfolio.

The product manager will work closely with the integration team to ensure the smooth transition of Lumenis legacy products into BSC systems.

The product manager will be responsible to represent the marketing and business needs in varies integration activities and will be responsible to communicate the integration status, plans and issues to the life-cycle manager,

This position involves close interaction with other Product Managers, R&D Group leaders, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Service, Marketing, Regulation, Laser Therapy and Quality.

What we are looking for.

Bachelor's degree in one of the following – Biotechnology/ Engineering/ Life-Science

• Experience in product management/ equivalent roll- 5+ years.
• Experience in managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in the medical device industry, with vast understanding of medical regulatory complexities.
• Proven ability to work globally; willingness to travel from time to time.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Personality:
• Must be passionate and charismatic and be able to instill those qualities in others, both internally and externally
• Autodidact, Independent
• Great interpersonal skills
• Strong execution skills.
