Our solutions empower e-Commerce marketers to deliver data-driven personalized campaigns across all advertising and marketing channels including, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SMS & Email. Responsibilities
The Sales Development Representative will be playing a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of customer calls per day, working with the marketing team, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. your responsibilities will include:
- Research potential customers and industries to identify potential leads
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails
- Qualify leads by asking questions and gathering information to determine their level of interest and needs
- Schedule appointments and calls for the Account Executives.
- Close sales and achieve monthly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the company's CRM system
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a sales development rep
- Comfortable making cold calls and reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- 2 year of SaaS SDR experience
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
Only CVs with the following experience will be considered:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- 1 year of ecommerce SaaS SDR experience
- Willing to work US hours from home Mon. - Thurs. (Hours hybrid open for discussion - Sunday from the office)
