Key Responsibilities:

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for development teams, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Craft comprehensive product strategy documents outlining use cases, technical requirements, and projected ROI.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to execute product development and release plans effectively.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of impactful leadership in product development.
• Strong product intuition and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in complex product development projects.
• Proficiency in UI/UX principles and understanding of user-centric design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
• Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Previous experience in the fintech sector.
