Job description
Fairgen is looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative who will play a pivotal role in scaling Fairgen's pipeline and building a team for the next stages of growth.
Created in 2021, Fairgen is a pioneer in building state-of-the-art generative AI solutions tailored to the market research industry, tapping into the massive $90B market research market. Our flagship product, FairBoost™, can generate synthetic responses that reliably double the effective sample size of niche markets in quantitative surveys, allowing analysts to immediately deliver granular insights once too hard or impossible to reach.
We are backed by top investors, growing fast, and currently building our core team by handpicking every single recruit. You will grow with us over the years and receive a lot of trust, independence, and ownership.
Role Overview:
As our founding SDR, you'll be playing a crucial role in breaking into new mid-market and enterprise accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments. You will work closely with other members of the revenue org, including the Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, and Marketing team members.
You will be responsible for setting up scalable processes and best practices as we increase headcount. This position offers a unique opportunity to not only lead sales efforts but also to serve as a mentor and guide for the future pre-sales team.
Fairgen is an enterprise-first SaaS, with a dozen active customers and a significant large pipeline open.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Fairgen’s growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed business
- Conduct sales development best practices with email, cold calls, and social drips using the best technology available to connect with new prospects and book meetings
- Collaborate with our well-seasoned account executives and marketing team to help build out a world-class sales playbook and tech stack
- Build efficient processes to identify and research lists of companies to target
- Drive operational excellence through constant process innovation
- Meet or exceed our quarterly qualified lead targets
- Recruit, retain, and coach a small team of SDRs.
- Ability to learn fast and pitch deep AI technology.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an SDR/BDR role, with a proven track record in building a leads pipeline via cold outreach
- Native-level English
- Additional European languages & passport are a plus
- You have a way with words and can write email copy and sequence campaigns that convert
- Demonstrable success with direct prospecting
- Strong sales tech stack experience
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
