Senior Product Manager - Mobile apps

A unique mobile app company is seeking a Senior Product Manager. In this position you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of the product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and QA, to prioritize and execute product features and enhancements
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes to guide the development process
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure product success.
• Monitor product analytics and iterate on features to improve user engagement and retention.
• Provide clear direction, set objectives, and manage team priorities.
• Ensure that the product complies with industry standards and regulations related to fitness and health technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working as a Senior Product Manager in a B2C startup or a top technological company - MUST
• Experience in product management for a mobile app - MUST
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and an eye for design - MUST
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products & services
• Strong attention to detail including proven ability to manage priorities.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools
• Familiarity with the wellness/ sport / fitness industry - strong advantage
• Perfect English & Hebrew with excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
