Deep Learning Engineer

A high-tech company specializing in data analytics has developed AI-based technology and smart algorithms that enable app owners to reach their most relevant user audience by predicting real-time interests and analyzing vast amounts of data at scale.

As part of a newly established team under the CTO, the role focuses on innovation in AI. It includes working collaboratively with an emphasis on engineering for recommendation systems, developing machine learning/deep learning models, including pipeline development, close collaboration with the data science team, involvement in deploying models to production, and ensuring model scalability in AWS, Big Data environments. Coding is done in Python.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train station, the company embraces a hybrid work model, combining office and remote work. The team consists of 75 employees.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development of machine learning pipelines that are scalable, ensuring they can accommodate future growth in data volume and diversity.

• Actively participating in the selection and implementation of new technologies and architectural components to advance machine learning capabilities.

• Develop ML solutions using advanced DL techniques to a diverse set of problems.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into the broader system architecture

Requirements-

• 5 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer

• Strong experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in a production environment.

• Construct and maintain data pipelines for model training and serving.

• Experience with cloud-native architectures, preferably AWS.

• Experience in recommendations, ad-tech, or highly imbalanced data- an advantage

• Experience with Embeddings - an advantage

• Experience with real-time inference - an advantage

• Experience with GPU - an advantage
