Position Summary

Minute Media is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv.

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to establish and oversee the implementation of procurement activities in alignment with best practices, aiming to optimize value for the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a fast-paced and challenging position.

Responsibilities

• Lead, create and implement the procurement process globally
• Create and implement a purchasing strategy in alignment with Minute Media's strategy and procedures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company while leading improvements in the current purchasing process, including developing automation processes
• Effectively manage day-to-day vendor relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery to relevant departments
• Develop and maintain knowledge of best practices, market conditions, trends, sources of supply, and supplier capabilities for assigned categories
• Implement purchasing and supplier management procedures
• Collaborate with the legal department to perform risk management and secure advantageous terms for new and existing contracts
  
  

Requirements

• 6+ years of proven working experience at procurement management in the global high-tech industry
• English proficiency - speaking and writing
• Excellent abilities in interpersonal communication and networking
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and documentation abilities
• Exceptionally strong negotiation abilities
• Capable to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for innovative automated solutions and process improvement
• BA Degree or equivalent in Business, Materials Management, Supply Chain management, Finance or industrial Engineering
• ERP knowledge – NetSuite - an advantage
