Procurement Program Manager (Procurement PMO)

Our division is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced, driven Procurement Program Manager with strong matrix leadership capabilities and a broad systems-level vision to join our team!

In this role, you will serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for all procurement and logistics aspects across high-tech business programs and production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Responsibility: Manage the procurement budget, supply schedules, and logistical execution for assigned programs and manufacturing lines.
• Status & Risk Management: Build and maintain comprehensive procurement status reports; proactively identify supply chain risks and present updates to executive management and key stakeholders.
• Supplier & Supply Control: Lead commercial negotiations, optimize delivery timelines (expediting or deferring orders), and coordinate closely with buyers and vendors.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive matrix collaboration across Engineering, Procurement, QA, Finance, and Project Management teams.
• Representation: Lead and present procurement status in high-level multi-disciplinary forums and project reviews.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Buyer, Supplier Manager, or Procurement PMO in technological/defense environments - Mandatory.
• Domain Focus: 2-4 years of direct experience in Electronics Procurement - Mandatory.
• Matrix Management: Proven track record of matrix leadership and driving cross-functional teams without direct authority - Mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand technical/engineering documents (mechanical drawings) and Statements of Work (SOW) - Mandatory.
• Systems: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP / Priority) and MS Office (especially Excel/Project) - Mandatory.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field - Significant Advantage.
• Soft Skills: Assertive, independent, highly proactive, capable of managing high-pressure situations, with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
