Customer Relations Manager

53968 - Customer Relations Manager Private / Institutional Market - SLA:

SLE Teva's distribution company in Israel, a customer relations manager is needed.

The role includes:

1. Managing a team of about 15 service coordinators and motivating them to meet the goals of excellence and quality of service.
2. Establishing work procedures that support the company's service strategy.
3. Production of performance reports in CRM systems, telephony, B2B ordering system including logistics and operations systems.
4. Leading and implementing cross-company projects in the field of service, operations and information systems BI, CRM SF
5. Leading and assimilating work processes in the team and department while recognizing and understanding processes in depth and improving them.
6. Working with multiple interfaces – internal and external organizations.
7. Ability to lead end-to-end processes and excellent familiarity with working with Excel.

Requirements:

1. Compulsory bachelor's degree
2. Experience in managing a team of employees – a must
3. Proven experience in a dynamic and multi-interface organizational environment - a must
4. At least 3 years of experience in managing service systems / service centers - a must
5. Experience in logistics / pharma - an advantage
6. Master's degree – an advantage
7. Ability to work in a team
