Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Manager for Startup within pharmaceutical industry ocated in Karmiel.

Responsibilities:

Develop social media strategy A-Z

Provide creative suggestions and ad ideas, Design and manage freelancers

Provide data analysis and metric reporting to the CEO

Day-to-day management of user acquisition campaigns on Meta, Tiktok, etc

Optimize acquisition efforts by analysing marketing trends, testing new targeting segments and insights implementation

Qualifications:

Excellent level in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and spoken)

3+ years of experience as social media manager

Proficiency in many social media platforms

Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies

Proven track record of managing large-scale advertising budgets and delivering successful results

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

A Can-do mentality, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement
