Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team on a part-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in our inside sales operations, focusing on lead generation and the cultivation of new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients to expand our customer base.
- Qualify leads and set appointments to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities and progress using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at networking events and trade shows to foster relationships and uncover new leads.
- Regularly report on sales activities and outcomes to the management team
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software to manage sales processes.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Native proficiency in German is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Familiarity with contemporary sales methodologies and strategies.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
- A team player with the ability to also work independently.
- Openness to adapt and respond to the dynamic nature of sales.
- Eagerness to learn and progress within the sales domain.
