Here is what we’re looking for:

We are in search of our first Customer Support Specialist to directly engage with customers and contribute hands-on to the development of our support operations. This role involves being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and spearheading the creation of our support infrastructure. We're looking for someone ready to roll up their sleeves and make a direct impact on ensuring exceptional customer service.

📍 Location: Bar-Lev, Israel (between Akko and Karmiel)

Your Mission:

🌟 Provide top-class support and customer experience

🔍 Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and follow up until final resolution

📚 Guide users through features and functionalities such as onboarding, maintenance, and

ongoing activities

📝 Create and write support playbooks for partners and guide them through the tools and

You Bring:

🌟 Experience - up to 5 years as customer support or customer success

🌟 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
