Responsibilities

We are looking for a new Content Operations Specialist to share our passion for Redecor, which is a realistic interior design simulation game, allowing millions of players from all over the world express their creativity, experiment with different styles and feel seen and admired for doing so.

You’ll work as part of the Content Team, which is responsible for planning, copywriting, configuring and testing the design challenges for Redecor, which are the basis of the game. The position is divided into 50% copywriting and 50% planning the creative content – all the way from an economical game design perspective, and right down to the right story, brief, client and design style for the challenge, in a way that supports and understand all the business KPIs.

As a member of the content team, you act as the bridge between all the teams and the content that players enjoy in the end.

Your team members are located in Finland and Israel, while you will work as a Content Operations Specialist on the Israel side. And the position requires to be ready to travel to the Helsinki site a few times a year.

• 50% Copywriting - writing small briefs for the creative challenges.
• Planning & configuring creative content.
• Create, lead & track tasks for the art team.
• Constantly analysing the data of past content, how it could be improved and share it with others.
• Working in close cooperation with Art, CRM, Monetisation & Economy teams.
• Be a representative of the content team in the Israeli office.
  
  

• Background/ understanding/ passion for interior design
• Flawless English
• Exceptional writing skills (native/near-native in English).
• Experience in leading small projects, good organizing skills.
• Details oriented with analytical skills.
• Interest or experience for interior design, trends, styles and materials.
• Interest or experience in games and game level design.
• Passion for the Redecor game (and mobile games in general).
• The ability to multi-task and work independently without guidance.
• Genuine “can-do” attitude with great communication and collaboration skills – proactive; you see what needs to be done and you make it happen & a pepole person, have a flexible state of mind, and can work well with others in a very dynamic environment.
