Picture this: Agwa's virtual agronomist, the genius behind our sophisticated device, is on a mission to

grow veggies to absolute perfection. And guess what? It does it automatically, remotely, and can

handle a variety of veggies all at once!

What You'll Do:

● Create work plans, budgets, and schedules to keep our projects on track.

● Develop and implement efficient work methods and routines.

● Manage our suppliers and partners, ensuring smooth operations locally and internationally.

● Oversee the implementation of our ERP system for streamlined operations.

● Coordinate production and logistics to ensure our products reach our customers efficiently.

● Plan and forecast to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

● Ensure top-notch service for our customers and partners.

● Keep our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently.

What You'll Need:

● 3 years of experience in a similar role.

● Fluent in both Hebrew and English, with strong communication skills.

● Proficiency in Office, Monday and Priority ERP.

● Attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach.

● The ability to lead projects across different teams and interfaces.

● A valid driver's license.

● A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on with fieldwork.

● Experience with the import and export process and demands.

Job Details:

● Full-time position, from our office.

● Immediate start

● Located in the Bar Lev Hi-Tech Park (between Akko and Carmiel)
