Position Available: HELP DESK Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated HELP DESK Support Specialist to join our team for a full-time position in our company's offices. This role requires a comprehensive understanding and experience in the following areas:

• Server management
• Operating systems
• Backup software
• Virtualization
• Basic information security
• Knowledge and experience in networking
• Familiarity with FG and CP routers
• Installation of printers and scanners
• Knowledge and management of endpoint computers
• Familiarity with antivirus products

Key Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Work hours: 09:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays)
• At least one year of experience in a similar role
