Technical Product Manager

We are looking for an exceptional technical program manager to bring our company's newest Artificial Intelligence products to market.

Your responsibilities and deliverables:

As a part of this dynamic, fast-paced, and growing team, the Engineering Program Manager will:

• Work with PMO to create a project charter/scope and plan with financial, resource, and material requirements

• Work closely with engineering, product management, customer success team, and marketing to scope and deliver product portfolio features. You’ll manage the execution of the plan by setting the pace and orchestrating across teams.

• Create and manage the project schedule to deliver successful outcomes for your products. Manage the critical path.

• Define and assign project outcome metrics. Regularly review with stakeholders & and create action plans when needed.

• Create and present succinct status reports for leadership. This requires synthesizing information and tailoring content to the right level of audience.

• Facilitate weekly program execution meetings.

• Proactively identify risks or challenges. You will actively drive the team to mitigate the highest priority risks.

• Oversee management of risk and issue tracking, with appropriate mitigation and/or escalation to PMO Leadership. Encourage efficient decision-making to increase the pace of change.

• Bring a “just enough” process to accelerate time to market and maintain the startup culture.

• Identify critical stakeholders and required engagement model, ensure interlock with change & communications team members.

• Ensures successful, consistent execution of program(s) / technical asset activities. Maintain an integrated view of the transformation portfolio and ensure plans are achievable.

• Help develop and champion disciplined processes, tools, and templates.

• Understand engineering quality data, and release cadence to help improve quality.

• Bring a solid technical foundation and an aptitude to learn new technologies.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

• 6-8 years of technical program/project management

• Experienced in the full lifecycle of product development and agile software development processes, scrum certification is a real plus.

• Experience in “Cloud/Software release” is highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or equivalent relevant work experience

• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver stellar software products.

• Experience managing projects using JIRA, and Confluence.

• Experience with new product introduction and secure development lifecycle processes.

• Experience working in a startup during a heavy growth cycle.

• Continuously stay abreast of technology trends, tools, and market dynamics.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects with limited management oversight, including timelines, tasks, teams, group dynamics, etc.
