Role Overview:

As a Recruiter at Keshet Group, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates across various domains, with a focus on technology roles. This temporary position involves working closely with managers and teams, identifying qualified candidates through diverse recruitment channels such as social networks, recruiting tools, and collaborations with different sourcing outlets. You will conduct phone and in-depth interviews, write evaluations, and handle reference checks. Additionally, you will assist in the seamless integration of new employees into the organization.

• This is a temporary position serving as a maternity leave replacement.

Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in technology recruitment - mandatory.
• Experience in conducting phone and in-depth face-to-face interviews - mandatory.
• Experience with Comeet system - an advantage.
• Experience in recruiting for medium-sized organizations - an advantage.
