Browsi is looking for an experienced Support Specialist to join our expanding Customer Experience team and provide the best possible service to our customers around the world.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth troubleshooting and handle the most complex client inquiries via our main support channels
• Manage and solve assigned cases by providing the best support solution given the client's needs
• Work closely with business and engineering teams to ensure transparent communication and efficient issue resolution
• Handling technical inquiries related to improperly constructed HTML, CSS and JS, websites, or other technical issues with our internal product.
• Write javascript code to meet clients' needs
• Debugging website issues with web styling and design
• Triage technical issues, resolve problems independently, and escalate where appropriately

Requirements

• You have a strong foundational understanding of the web and you’re familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and debugging tools (i.e., chrome dev tools)
• Experience with inspecting and diagnosing web applications, mobile applications
• Commitment and strong drive to provide delightful customer experiences and the tenacity to drive issues to resolution
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude, empathy, high energy, ability to take initiative and adapt
