Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in advising and guiding managers, influencing the selection of the most suitable candidates for each role.

Our department includes a team of telephone recruitment coordinators (CV Center) who support operational recruitment processes, such as CV screening, telephone interviews, and more.

**Responsibilities:**

- Full recruitment responsibility for company sites in the Shfela and Southern regions.

- End-to-end recruitment process management, from receiving recruitment requests, building job profiles, conducting selection processes, to onboarding, including supporting recruiting managers and HR managers in decision-making.

- Conduct assessment processes, including personal interviews, conducting reference interviews, and writing evaluations.

**Temporary position to cover maternity leave.**

**What We're Looking For:**

- Passion and love for the recruitment world.

- Bachelor's degree.

- 2 years of recruitment experience from an organization or 3 years from a recruitment agency.

- Ability to manage end-to-end processes.

- Developed service orientation.
