Senior Operations & Content Manager

A renowned Israeli content creator, advisor & entrepreneur is seeking a Senior Content & Operations Manager. This role involves contributing to content strategy, project management, and overall business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Generate creative concepts for various content formats, including videos, articles, and podcasts
• Draft content outlines, provide feedback on drafts, and perform editing as needed
• Foster growth and engagement on social media platforms, such as Facebook, business pages, YouTube, Instagram, etc.
• Efficiently manage projects from a business and logistical perspective to ensure success.
• Independently initiate and drive projects forward, from recruiting professionals to producing marketing materials or organizing courses
• Connect with suitable individuals and resources to support project goals.
• Define innovative and creative ways to add value to our audience.
• Explore entry into new domains
• Provide consultation on resource allocation, time management, and project prioritization.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience from the communication / media / PR industry
• Passionate about good content (and about do-good causes in general)
• Substantial experience in creating and editing various forms of content in Hebrew (television, journalism, social media, etc.)
• Project management experience, including execution, budgeting, deal closures, operations, and budget management
• Native level Hebrew - a must
